Project Description
The project covers a site area of 15,867.35 m², with gross floor area (GFA) of 9,715.67 m²—6,122.33 m² above grade and 3,720 m² below grade. It will deliver a 23.8-metre-tall, three-storey-above-grade and one-storey-below-grade dedicated esports arena, complete with surface parking and outdoor recreational and sports facilities.
Scope of works includes:
• Bored cast-in-place reinforced-concrete piles plus raft foundation
• Reinforced-concrete frame–shear-wall superstructure
• Steel-truss roof
• Aluminum-panel roofing
• Aluminum-panel and glass curtain wall systems
• Interior and exterior water supply and drainage
• Mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning
• Elevator installation
• Interior finishes and fit-out
• External site works
