SCEGC No.11 Construction Engineering Group Company Limited (SCEGC No.11) is originated from 11th Public Security Division of the Central South Military Region of the Chinese People's Liberation Army which was founded in March, 1951. SCEGC No.11 group is one of the core subsidiaries of SCEGC (Shaanxi Construction Engineering Holding Group Corporation Limited), the Fortune Global 500, and a listed company (stock code 600248) solely owned by the Shaanxi Provincial Government, is recognized among the ENR Global Top Contractors.
SCEGC No.11 Construction Engineering Group adhered to its corporate mission of "Delivering delightful Building Experience through Professional Construction Management Services ." The Group has general contracting capabilities of engineering investment, survey and investigation, design, construction and project management.
