Project Description
August in Qinghai boasts a vast expanse of clear sky and pleasant weather. On the 6th, the construction site of the Qinghai Life Science Research and Development Building project was filled with thunderous applause, presenting a festive scene. More than forty units jointly witnessed this exciting moment of the project's successful topping-out ceremony.
The Qinghai Life Science Bioengineering Technology Research and Development Center building, located at No. 22, Jingsi Road, Chengbei District, Xining City, covers an area of over 60,000 square meters and has a total height of 65.15 meters. Since its commencement on June 10, 2015, with the strong support of the client, the supervision unit, and the group company, the project construction has won the first prize for standardized construction sites in Qinghai Province, earning a good reputation in the industry. The main structure was successfully topped out on August 5, 2016.
The topping-out ceremony was simple yet festive. Project Deputy Manager Li Boxue presided over the ceremony. Zhang Yunqing, General Manager of Qinghai Life Science SME Startup Co., Ltd.; Wei Jinyuan, General Supervisor of Zhejiang Zhonghuan Construction Supervision Co., Ltd.; Yang Shirong, President of the Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce in Qinghai; and Li Sheng'an, General Manager of Shaanxi Construction Qinghai Branch, delivered speeches, congratulating the successful topping-out of the R&D building and sharing experiences in project construction.
The topping-out of the main structure of the R&D building signifies the successful completion of the first phase of construction. In the future, we will remain unyielding, overcome difficulties, and always adhere to the standards of the "Jianghe Yuan Cup" project, strictly controlling safety and quality to ensure the project's smooth completion.
