Luban Prize winning project 2016-2017: China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Seventh 05 Research Institute Office and Debugging Building
The project is located at No. 96, Jinyel Road, High-tech Zone, Xi'an. It is a key construction project and landmark building in Xi'an High-tech Zone. It integrates scientific research, office, and conference functions, and is a comprehensive R&D building with complete facilities, comprehensive functions, and green energy saving. The building area is 56743.6 square meters, with a building height of 56.7 meters, 3 underground floors and 12 above-ground floors. The building's plane is in a "convex" shape, like a "ship's bow", adopting a "light touch on the earth" design concept and incorporating an "inner courtyard" spatial design scheme. Energy saving, high efficiency, and green features are the main characteristics of this project.
