The Xianyang High-tech Zone Senior High School Project, undertaken by SCEGC No.11 Group, has reached a key milestone as the first building structure rises above ground, marking the transition from foundation works to main structure construction.
Covering a total area of 80,000 square meters, the campus will feature teaching buildings, an arts and sports complex, and a standard sports field. Once completed, it will accommodate 60 classes and up to 3,000 students, easing enrollment pressure and promoting a more balanced distribution of quality education resources in the region.
Throughout construction, the team has maintained strict safety and quality standards while applying a reverse scheduling approach. Guided by the principle of “One Milestone, Seven Plans ”, detailed strategies were developed for progress control, design coordination, resource planning, procurement, and financial management. Through multiple rounds of intensive planning, the project achieved proactive management and efficient execution.
In response to rainy-season challenges, the team refined emergency plans, strengthened safety inspections, and optimized site organization to ensure steady progress under complex weather conditions. The project has now entered the main structure construction phase, moving confidently toward completion.
