SCEGC No.11 is pleased to announce the successful topping-out of FAST’s New Energy Vehicle Smart Transmission System & Pilot-Test Base Project.
This milestone marks the transition from structural works to the next critical stages, including equipment installation, commissioning, and operational readiness.
Engineering with Efficiency, Quality, and Safety
A permanent–temporary integration construction strategy was implemented, with permanent road subgrades planned and installed at an early stage. This approach optimized site logistics, avoided rework, reduced overall costs, and shortened the project schedule by 15 days.
Key construction activities—such as rebar installation and concrete works—were executed under a mock-up first, process-based acceptance system, supported by three-level inspections, achieving 100% compliance in critical areas and performance exceeding applicable standards.
A grid-based safety management system, reinforced by intelligent voice alerts and drone inspections, enabled more than 200 safety patrols, maintaining a zero-incident record throughout construction.
Enabling a Future-Ready Industrial Platform
Upon completion, the facility will integrate R&D, pilot-scale validation, and mass production, serving as a comprehensive industrial base for new energy vehicle core components. The project will contribute to strengthening regional NEV supply chains and advancing high-end equipment manufacturing capabilities.
