We are proud to announce the successful topping-out of a residential project in Anhui, Constructed by Shannxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation(SCEGC) No.11.
Located at the junction of Qiaocheng District and the new urban area, the project spans 153,700 sqm. Upon completion, it will deliver 782 quality residential units and 1,218 parking spaces,
contributing to the city‘s sustainable urban growth.
Faced with a tight schedule and challenging site conditions, the team implemented several innovative approaches to accelerate progress while ensuring safety and quality:
✅ Zonal construction with overlapping workflows
The site was divided into eastern and western zones, with five sequenced work stages. This allowed foundation, structure, and finishing trades to operate in parallel—cutting 25 days from the timeline while maintaining seamless workflow integration.
✅ Early adoption of aluminum formwork + climbing scaffold systems
On three 26-story towers, this system enabled internal masonry and plastering to start as early as the 20th floor structural stage. The method not only sped up cycle times but also improved build quality and vertical safety.
✅ Fully mechanized foundation works using Larsen steel sheet piles
A single crawler pile driver mechanized the entire foundation support process. Compared to traditional bored piles, this technique shortened the support phase by 7 days and helped complete the full basement 30 days ahead of plan, despite complex soil and rainy season challenges.
The project has been awarded the “Bozhou City Standardized Model Site for Construction Safety” and will host the city’s 2025 Work Safety Month kick-off ceremony.
