On 23 August, SCEGC No.11 marked a major milestone by topping out the first block of a key provincial residential project — 120 days ahead of schedule.
The project team officially mobilized on site on 1 August 2024. Through tireless efforts, they overcame challenges such as restricted working hours, deep foundation excavation, and emergency responses to heavy air-pollution days. By adopting meticulous planning and a two-zone construction strategy—dividing the site into north and south sections to advance superstructure works in parallel—the team topped out the first block 120 days ahead of schedule.
The project team upholds the principle that“there are no trivial matters in safety; a hidden hazard is tantamount to an accident.” The team launched a “Safety Star” program featuring on-site bulletin boards to highlight potential risks and recognize outstanding crews and individuals. This initiative has significantly enhanced frontline safety awareness, enabling the project to maintain an accident-free record since inception and demonstrating world-class performance.
The project covers a total construction area of 143,000 m², consisting of six high-rise residential towers, one kindergarten, and two multi-level ancillary service buildings.
